Juan Pedrosa has been working in the restaurant business since his first gig at a Greek pizzeria in the sixth grade. After stints at the New England Culinary Institute, Trade, and local English muffin maker Stone & Skillet, Pedrosa came on as executive chef at Yvonne’s. The James Beard Rising Star Chef of the Year nominee in both 2017 and 2018 now takes on an even bigger role at COJE Management Group, as Corporate Executive Chef in charge of Yvonne’s, Ruka, multiple Lolita locations, and the most recent opening, Mariel.
Juan Pedrosa knows that with food and hospitality, it’s all about how you make people feel. From the after-hours family meal at the Greek pizza place where he started his career (as a pre-teen), to wowing guests with Grilled Viper Chops and flaming cocktails at Yvonne’s, Pedrosa puts in the work to share the love.
