The Grange

A modern, plant-based haven.

By Jenna Pelletier

All of the vegetarian dishes here are so distractingly delicious that your carnivorous friends will barely notice there’s no meat on the menu. Try plant-based comfort food like the Oyster Mushroom Po Boy with remoulade on a pretzel roll, or opt for a more virtuous Quinoa salad with beets, sweet potatoes, and roasted garlic dressing. Draw the night out with an after-dinner cocktail in the inviting bar space, cleverly outfitted with repurposed items—including old railroad spikes as draft handles—by local superstar interior designer Kyla Coburn.
