Sometimes you just need to get away from it all and dig into an excellent pie. This super-casual, mid-island pizza and pasta joint (with ample parking!) is the place to do it. They’ve got wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizzas ranging from traditional Margherita and New England classic White Clam, to our favorite: the Rustica, with stracchino cheese, pancetta, garlic, and a fresh arugula topping that’s piled on after it comes out of the brick oven. Order a glass of prosecco and chat with the bartender, or get takeout and bring your Italian feast to the beach.
