One of our favorite Boston chefs, Barbara Lynch (No. 9 Park, Sportello, Menton), will be starting a new quarterly dinner series at her South End restaurant, The Butcher Shop. This winter dinner on January 29th will feature the world’s richest white wines paired with a 4-course menu that will transport you to the Alps of France, Italy, Germany, and Austria. The food will provide a nice warm respite from the bitter winter we may be seeing these next few weeks.
