Myers + Chang at Home: Demonstration Master Class with Karen Akunowicz
Myers+Chang Executive Chef and co-author of the new cookbook “Myers+Chang at Home: Recipes from a Beloved Boston Eatery” Karen Akunowicz will teach class participants how to make two of the restaurant’s most popular dishes: The Tigers Tears Salad and Mama Chang’s Pork and Chive dumplings. Following the educational portion, there will be a book signing and celebratory reception. Tickets $50 – $85.
