Jason Bond is the Chef and Owner of one of our favorite Cambridge restaurants, Bondir, and for one night only, he will be heading over to the Boston Public Market to teach you how to make delicious scratch-made bread. This will be a hands-on class where you’ll make two loaves of bread to take home to bake, in addition to a culture butter. While making the food, you’ll also get to taste Jason’s already made fresh baked breads with cheese and finger foods from Boston Public Market farmers and artisans. Tickets $64 – $80 (The Trustee of Reservations Members get a discount).
