With the New England Chocolate Festival in town, several cacao growers from the Dominican Republic will be in town. Bondir in Cambridge decided to take advantage of this and host a dinner featuring their cacao beans. The five course menu includes both sweet and savory dishes including Codman Farm Turkey Mole and Black Currant Sorbet. The growers will also be present at the dinner for a Q&A about cacao growing. Dinner is $101 (including food and gratuity) and an optional $48 beverage pairing will be available (including a specialty chocolate beer from Lamplighter Brewing).
