Chef Ben Sukle of Birch at Toro
For one night only, Toro will be hosting a James Beard Award nominee in their kitchen. Birch is a Providence, RI restaurant that uses 95% local ingredients and led by Chef Ben Sukle. Sukle was featured in a recent NYT article Giving Northern Cuisine Its Due which highlights New England cuisine. He is also the head chef at Oberlin, one of our favorite Providence restaurants. On February 27th, Sukle will be cooking in the Toro kitchen but there will be no reservations so plan to get there early for a shorter wait!
