Let’s see if your New Year’s resolution can last three weeks. Come taste cheese and sip vino until you’re full at this Winter Wine & Cheese Fest at Eataly Boston. There will be several stations around the store, each highlighting the unique characteristics of the cheese or wine you’re tasting. Selections from both Italy and New England will be featured. All-Access bracelets cost $60 and include samples of the cheese/salumi, wines, and other foods.
