Homemade pizza does not have to be just for weekends and special occasions. Taught by our very own writer, Catherine Smart, this hands-on cooking class will have you making delicious pizza at home without hours of preparation. Participants will learn how to fix up store bought dough, properly freeze Milk Street’s pizza dough, and create a quick and easy chickpea flour flatbread at home. Beyond the dough, participants will see how to spice up their pizza with some more unorthodox pies like Spicy Garlic and Herb, or Roasted Eggplant with Za’atar and Feta. Tickets $125.
