In this panel-style discussion, Chef Rachel Miller of Mamaleh’s, WBUR reporter Shira Springer, BU Gastronomy Program Director Megan Elias, and Jewish Arts Collaborative Executive Director Laura Mendel will explore the history of Jewish markets and restaurants as well as contemporary local interpretations of Jewish food.
