After every Bartending 101 class on Sundays in January, there will be an upper-level cocktail class focusing on something specific. January 5th will focuse on Sherry in cocktails, January 12th will focus on how to build a home bar, January 19th will focus on Milk Punch, and January 26th will focus on how to integrate infusions into your cocktails.
