In collaboration with the Boston Center for Adult Education, we’ve picked a few of our favorite food and beverage focused classes to feature this fall! For this installment BCAE’s wine expert Erika Frey will teach you the basics of identifying and describing wines. Participants will be put to the laborious task of sampling a variety of wines and learn how to taste, understand, and order a wine that suits their preference. Tickets $50 + $18 materials fee.
