Located in the center of Italy, Umbria is known globally for its food and wine. For one night only, BISq will be kicking off its Winer Dinner series by highlighting the great region of Umbria. Through this 6 course menu, you will be transported across the pond to an Italian enoteca. She course will be paired with a 2 oz. wine pairing, including some natural wines being produced in the Umbria region.
