Forage is a farm-to-table restaurant that makes modern food inspired by the classics. They are also well-known for their wine program led by Chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert. Every Tuesday in January, they will be hosting a Tuesday Night Wine dinner highlighting different food and wine pairings.
