Thomas Keller: Great Dishes of the Greats
In collaboration with the Boston Center for Adult Education, we’ve picked a few of our favorite food and beverage focused classes to feature this fall! In celebration of acclaimed American chef, Thomas Keller, the BCAE will be hosting a class focused on recreating some of his best recipes. You’ll learn the tips and techniques to prepare dishes from Chef Keller’s award-winning book, The French Laundry Cookbook, and beyond at home. Tickets $65 + $24 materials fee.
