The Pitmaster Dinner Series: Leslie Scott & The BBQ Ninja with Maker's Mark
Get a taste of Mississippi BBQ right here in Boston at the second installment of The Smoke Shop’s Pitmaster Dinner series. Visiting from their award-winning BBQ restaurant Ubons BBQ, Leslie Roark Scott and Craig Verhage (aka The BBQ Ninja) will be cooking up some of their favorites. Menu items included Smoked Catfish with capers and dill, Mississippi Delta Tamales, Mississippi Style Baby Back Ribs, and Pineapple Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce. The dinner will then be followed by a Q&A with the chefs. Tickets $49.
