The Pit Master Dinner Series: Jamie Bissonnette (with Maker's Mark)
For the second year in a row, The Smoke Shop BBQ will be hosting its Pit Master Dinner Series and this night will be featuring Boston Chef Jamie Bissonnette. Bissonnette is a James Beard Award-winning chef and partner of TFL Favorites including Toro, Coppa, and Little Donkey. Your ticket this evening includes a Maker’s Mark specialty cocktail, passed appetizers, a three-course family-style dinner, and then a Q&A with Chef Jamie. Appetizers include BBQ Oysters and Sweet Potato Corn Bread and the Dinner includes Lamb and Pork Ribs, Jicama Slaw, and Berry Crumble.
