The Art of the Dumpling: Nepali Momos with Shailini Sisodia
Come learn how to make the popular Nepali dumpling known as the “Momo.” Local chef Shailini Sisodia will be teaching you about the delicacies of her homeland using ingredients from the Boston Public Market farmers and artisans. The menu for the evening will include momos with Chestnut Farms turkey and scallions with Nepali spices and herbs and then vegetarian momos with seasonal veggies from Stillman’s Farm.
