At this special five-course wine dinner, Terra’s Chef de Cuisine, Dan Bazzinotti will be joining his original culinary mentor, Chef Keith Pooler (of Bergamot) for what is sure to be a memorable evening. Each course in this innovative feast will be served alongside Valle d’Aosta DOC mountain wines, which boast a rich history that extends back to Roman times. Featured wines include; Grosjean Freres Muscat Petit Grain 2013 – La Kiuva Rosato 2016 – Bouquetin Gamay 2016 – Caves Cooperative de Donnas Donnas 2013 and Diego Curtaz Torrete 2014. Tickets $120.
