Terra Behind-the-Scenes: A Celebration of Food and its Producers
Restaurants and Chefs often get all the glory, but in many cases its the conscientious, local producers that make it all possible. Eatily’s wood burning Italian grill, Terra, will be opening up its doors for a summer celebration featuring live music, behind-the-scenes tours, and talks from local producers. Tickets include tours of Terra’s beer barrel room and Italian grill with Chef de Cuisine Dan Bazzinotti, fresh oysters from Island Creek Oyster Bar, a mozzarella making class with Narragansett Creamery, drink tickets, and much, much more. Tickets $100.
