Tapas and Vermouth
Most people think of martinis when they hear Vermouth but there’s so much more to this great spirit. That’s what this class hosted by Formaggio Kitchen hopes to show you. Former Toro bar manager and vermouth enthusiast, Andrew Pierece, will walk you through the different styles and how to use them. To pair with the Vermouth, they’ll also be bringing in former Chef de Cuisine of Toro, Kate, to cook both classic and unique tapas to accompany the different vermouths. Note that the class is not held at the Formaggio Kitchen Retail store but rather at their Classroom Annex (see address to the right).
