Tahini at Sofra
Sofra cooking classes continue with this class celebrating everything Tahini (and it goes beyond hummus, folks). Sofra Pastry Chef Maura Kilpatrick will be teaming up with Seed + Mill Tahini Co-Founder, Rachel Simons, will show you how to use this staple in both sweet and savory dishes. Recipes include Oatmeal Cream Pie with Baked Halvah, Maura’s famous Carrot Cake with Sesame Caramel Frosting, and Tahini and Greens Pie with a Rye Crust. By the end of class, you will be excited to you’re your friends all the ways you can use tahini. Tickets: $100.
