Join acclaimed Cambridge chef, Ana Sortun, for a Middle Eastern-inspired cooking class hosted by Formaggio Kitchen. In this veggie-centric cooking demonstration, Sortun will share how she transforms seasonal local produce into meze at her restaurants Oleana and Sarma.
