Summer Ceviche, Citrus & Spices with Yvonne’s Juan Pedrosa
We’ve teamed up with the Boston Center for Adult Education to bring in some of our favorite chefs, mixologists, and sommeliers around Boston to teach you their craft. In this installment, Yvonne’s Juan Pedrosa will be marinating citrus, seafood, and spice into summery ceviches. It sounds like magic, but he’ll share how to “cook” without heat to create this Latin American favorite. Tickets $70 + $20 materials fee.
