SRV Cicchetti Takeover with guest Chef Seizi Imura from Cafe Sushi
SRV’s Executive Chef’s Michael Lombardi & Kevin O’Donnell will continue their first Wednesday of the month guest cicchetti takeover with Chef Seizi Imura of the Cambride’s award-winning, Cafe Sushi. Chef Seizi will serve up his version of cicchetti gratis for guests in the SRV bar and bacaro. (AKA free!)
Chef Seizi’s Menu:
-Braised Tuna blood-line
-Tamago-dofu (a play off of the Frittata)
-Whiting in Saor (a Japanese version of this dish that is called “Nan ban-zuke”)
-Crudo (Spanish mackerel or Dorade)
