Sip & Savor Tasting: Italian Wine Meets American Artisanal Cheese
Though France and Italy may be well-known for their cheese, there are many artisanal cheeses made in the US that could rival those made in France and Italy. That’s what this class hopes to showcase. Hosted at Eataly Boston, this class will introduce you to some of Eataly’s favorite American cheeses paired with some of their favorite Italian wines. The ticket includes learning about cheese production in the US, 4 wine and cheese pairings, an opportunity to discuss the pairings with an Eataly cheesemonger and sommelier, and tasting notes to take home.
