Cook side-by-side with Catalyst chef William Kovel as he coaches you through a four-course menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers at the Boston Public Market. Among other dishes, you’ll learn to make a curried oyster chowder featuring Red’s Best oysters, and a fall Panzanella salad using ingredients from Somerville Bread Company and Stillman’s Farm.
