Cook side-by-side with Mei Mei chef Irene Li at this intimate hands-on class. Participants learn how to make dumplings, hand pulled noodles, braised cabbage and caramel oranges, using ingredients sourced from local farmers and other food artisans at Boston Public Market. Food will be paired with local wines and craft beers. Tickets $120 – $150.
