Shojo Hosts Nem Dinner Pop-Up

Chinatown | 5 - 10:30 PM

Nem, led by chef and co-owner Vinh Lee, is a contemporary Vietnamese pop-up traveling around Boston to share its interpretations of classic Vietnamese dishes. This mirrors why Brian Moy opened up Shojo in Chinatown, to share his modern takes on Asian dishes. For one night only, Nem will be hosting a pop-up dinner at Shojo on March 22nd from 5 to 10:30 PM. Menu items include Lemongrass Beef Tartare, Long Island Duck Steak with Pineapple Ginger, and Caramelized Salmon. This dinner is by reservation only which can be made using the link in this post.
