Making amazing dishes isn’t the only factor for owning a great restaurant. Chef Tiffani Faison is passionate about reducing food waste while cooking, and is willing to take a night to show you exactly how you can make something delicious without the traditional amount of waste. Lovin’ Spoonfuls is hosting this event at Boston Center for Adult Education with only room for 20 people to join the class- hurry before you’re too late! Snacks and wine will be provided to keep you satiated while cooking, and of course, everyone will be served the final dish. Tickets $125.
