This summer we’re teaming up with the Boston Center for Adult Education to share some of our favorite comestible classes. For this installment, Chef Mike Stark of Chinatown’s Shojo, BLR, and Ruckus will be cooking up traditional pork ramen from scratch. From building a flavorful broth, to braising pork belly, Stark will share all the secrets to creating a delicious bowl of ramen. Tickets $70 + $20 materials fee.
