In this hands on class, one of Flour Bakery + Cafe’s experienced bakers will teach participants how to make delicious pumpkin pie for the fall. Attendees will learn the basics of creating a flaky pate brisee crust and rich pumpkin filling. Afterwards, they’ll bake off their pies and leave with one of their own to bring home. Tickets $150.
