Wish summer produce would never go away? Well, with a little pickling and canning know-how, it doesn’t have to. Join Formaggio Kitchen’s general manager and pickling enthusiast Julia for an interactive lesson in the age-old art of preservation. Participants will leave with an expanded knowledge of pickling and jamming, as well as their very own “pickle kit” to put to use at home. Tickets $65.
