Chef Rachel Miller and Sommelier Lauren Friel have made a big splash on the North Shore since starting their Vietnamese influenced fine dining pop up in Spring 2017. This month they’re popping up at Somerville’s Field & Vine for a four-course dinner featuring a bounty of foraged foods courtesy of mushroom enthusiast Tyler Akabane. To inform and enhance your dining experience, participants can partake in an optional foraging walk before the meal with The Mushroom Dude himself for an additional $26. The dinner will take place in two seatings, at 4:45 and 7:00pm, and includes a welcome beverage in addition to three savory courses and a dessert course created by pastry chef Brian Mercury. An optional wine flight featuring natural wines from Olmstead Wine Co. will be offered for $40. Dinner Tickets $66.
