To celebrate the Gonzalo Guzmán’s new book, Nopalito: A Mexican Kitchen, Milk Street Cooking School will be hosting an evening of cooking and conversation with the chef/author. Chef Guzmán will prepare corn tortillas from scratch and other Mexican-inspired dishes from his new book. The event will be followed by a book signing and reception with beer, wine, and samples of recipes from Nopalito. Tickets $95-$130.
