Milk Street Pork: Shoulders, Ribs and Tenderloins
Pork is too often robbed of its moist, flavorful potential due to poor preparation, which is why The Milk Street Cooking School has decided to offer a cooking class dedicated just to the “other white meat”. In this swine-centric class co-led by our very own writer, Catherine Smart, Participants will learn how to make Mexican Pork Chops in Chipotle Sauce, Braised Tofu with Pork and Ginger, and Hoisin Baby Back Ribs.
