For one night only, Chef Michael Anthony of the Gramercy Tavern in New York City will be cooking in the Toro kitchen. Gramercy Tavern is known for its contemporary American cuisine and top-notch service, as well as its season menu and local sourcing. The James Beard Foundation has recognized Chef Anthony many times including Outstanding Chef and Outstanding Restaurant. He will be at Toro on March 27th and there won’t be any reservations so plan to get there early!
