Mei Mei has been cranking out some of Boston’s best dumplings for several years and now you can learn how to make them at home. In this hands-on demonstration led by Co-owner and James Beard-nominated chef Irene Li, participants will learn all the tips and tricks to making Mei Mei’s distinctive dumplings and a few other recipes from Mei Mei’s new book, Double Awesome Chinese Food. Chef Li will cover pan-searing techniques, how to hand-fold a variety of shapes, and how to make your own dumpling sauce. Afterwards, participants will get to take home an autographed copy of Double Awesome Chinese Food. Tickets $110.
