Mastering Spice: Recipes and Techniques to Transform Your Everyday Cooking
Come take your spice came to the next level at one of the Boston restaurants best known for spice, Sofra. Hosted by Chef Ana Sortun (Sarma, Oleana), this class will be led by Lior Lev Sercarz, one of the country’s foremast spice experts. They will be discussing spices as well as demonstrating recipes from Lior’s new book, Mastering Spice, including yogurt challah with golden turmeric and nigella seeds and chraime (seafood simmered in spiced tomato sauce). Wines will be paired with each recipe. The $150 ticket also includes a signed copy of Mastering Spice.
