Master Class: The Vegetarian Turkish Table with Ozlem Warren
Ozlem Warren is a Turkish culinary expert and ambassador and recent author of her new book: “Ozlem’s Turkish Table: Recipes from My Homeland.” Ozlem will be making her way to 177 Milk Street to bring you back to her homeland of Turkey but on the plate. You’ll learn to make vegetarian recipes including spicy bulgur and lentil soup with dried mint and red pepper flakes and candied pumpkin dessert with walnuts.
