In this class, MA Cheese Guild Executive Director and Cheesemonger, Beth Falk, will school you on the basic families of cheesemaking style, with a tasting of seven local artisan cheeses. In addition to learning about the history of cheesemaking in the Commonwealth, you’ll also glean ideas for plating all of the cheeses you sample, as well as suggestions for spirit pairings.
