In this installment Chef Evan Fetras of The Flatbread Company will teach you how to make delicious flatbreads with local, seasonal produce. From organic wheat, to local, wood-fired tomatoes, Fetras shares that ingredients are paramount when it comes to flatbread. Tickets $70 + $20 materials fee.
