If lamb is your jam then this event was made for you. Traveling across culinary capitals across the US (Austin, Boston, Denver, San Francisco, Washington DC, and Seattle), Lamb Jam is a national chef competition that celebrates lamb and the 80,000 farms that raise it around the country. 16 New England chefs compete to be the Boston champion, creating unique dishes that include lamb. The winner goes on to face the winners from the other cities to become the Lamb Jam Master. Last year, Liz Barwick of Sarma won with her Turkish Roasted Lamb Shoulder. Main event tickets are $75 and get you into the event from 3 to 6 PM to try all the dishes and enjoy the drinks. VIP tickets are $125 and get you in an hour earlier with exclusive access to libations and other bites. You don’t want to miss this!
