Come take your spice game up to the next level at Sarma for this unique lunchtime event. Debuting is new book, Mastering Spice, Lior Lev Servarz will be leading a cooking demonstration. A panel discussion, including Cassie Piuma (Chef/Owner of Sarma) and Ana Sortun (Owner of Sarma and Executive Chef/Owner of Oleana and Sofra), and a communa lunch (inspired by the recipes in Mastering Spice) will follow.
