We’ve teamed up with the Boston Center for Adult Education to share some of our favorite comestible classes. In this two-part installment BCAE’s culinary expert Lars Liebisch will be demonstrating how to slice, dice, and chiffonade your way to knife skills mastery. Participants will put their new expertise into action by preparing one or two delicious dishes with Liebisch’s guidance. Tickets $125 + $40 materials fee.
