For the 7th year in a row, the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America tour will be descending upon Boston for one night only on February 7th. The Gala dinner will include some of our favorite chefs and restaurants: JuanMa Calderón and Maria Rondeau of Celeste, Heather Neri of No. 9 Park, Tiffani Faison of Orfano, Sweet Cheeks Q, and Tiger Mama, and Alex Crabb of Asta. The menu will also have been created, in part, by Tony Messina of Uni. This is a Boston culinary event you will not want to miss so get your tickets before they sell out. A Premier dining ticket (which includes the cocktail reception and dinner) is $275 and a VIP ticket, which gets you in early for a 45-minute cocktail hour, is $350.
