Inside Honey: The Bee’s Cheese
We’ve teamed up with the Boston Center for Adult Education to share some of our favorite comestible classes. In this installment participants will learn all about honey and why it’s so darn important to save the bees! The class will be led by former Formaggio Kitchen instructor Adam Centamore and feature a variety of regional cheeses to pair with all that honey. Tickets $50 + $25 materials fee.
