Chef Ana Sortun of Sarma, Oleana, and Sofra, will be showing you how to make your own and how to make it into a meal. Recipes include Tahini hummus with pistachio and cherry, Syrian-style hummus with caramelized onions, and warm buttered hummus with crispy lamb. Tickets: $125
