Join The Fresh Collective for an evening all about turning a food business idea into a reality. They’ll be featuring an all-star panel of female entrepreneurs for an honest conversation about various ways to raise funds for your dream food business. The panel includes:

  • Jody Adams, chef and co-owner of TRADE, Porto, and Saloniki Greek
  • Teresa Maynard, owner of Sweet Teez Bakery
  • Evy Chen, owner of Evy Tea
  • Heather Schmidt, owner of the forthcoming café Landsmith, and co-founder Union Square Donuts
  • Bev Armstrong, owner of Brazo Fuerte Artisanal Beer

The event will also feature a variety of local makers like Not Just Pasta Co. and The Buttery with complimentary samples and snacks for sale. For $40 tickets include a glass of wine or beer, zucchini fritters, focaccia, ice cream, and other treats!
